Many CKD patients on hemodialysis present with AV fistula Aneurysms. The cause of AV fistula Aneurysms ranges from Infection(above case), High Blood Pressure, Poor technique of AV Fistula Formation, and many other causes.
These cases need immediate attention and repair, as Aneurysm rupture can be a life-threatening event.
In the above case, an aneurysm was explored, the defect was closed and closure was done after achieving hemostasis.
