This patient presented with acute pain in right lower limb since past 2-3 days. On detailed investigation, it was found that patient was having acute thrombosis of right popliteal artery. Emergency Limb Salvage surgery was done (Embolectomy) and all ghe clots were removed. Post operative recovery was smooth and limb was saved.
Timing of surgery plays a pivotal role in saving the limb.
